Collection and use

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email, selected service and project description, plus optional company and phone details. We also record the submission time, language and inquiry reference. Inquiry details are emailed to our business mailbox, with delivery handled by email service providers. These details are used only to understand and handle this project inquiry. You will not be automatically subscribed to marketing emails.

Retention and deletion

Inquiries are stored in a private directory on a server managed by the website operator. Server records are retained for 90 days by default and cleared periodically. Email copies in the business mailbox are managed by the business team and are not automatically deleted with server records. To request correction or deletion, reply to our follow-up email or provide the original inquiry reference through the form. Records for an established business relationship are retained as separately agreed by both parties.

Browsing and technical information

This site has no third-party advertising or analytics scripts and does not store form drafts locally. The server may keep basic access logs for troubleshooting. Network addresses and request counts are held briefly in memory to limit abuse and are not saved in inquiry records.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form. Submission requires agreement to be contacted about this inquiry. Please avoid including unrelated personal information.
